This website (dynamixx604.com) is operated by DynaMixx ENT. Production, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. DynaMixx ENT. Production is the organization accountable for your personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Account details when you join the Fan Wall (name, email, profile photo provided by Google sign-in).

Content you submit: posts, photos, videos and private feedback.

Booking and contact enquiries: name, email, event details and your message.

Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To run your fan account, display your public display name with your posts, and respond to enquiries.

To deliver fan perks, including partner offers with NutraVision, only when you choose to claim them.

We never sell your personal information. Your email is never shown publicly.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party marketing trackers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent sign-in from working.

Marketing communications (CASL)

We only send you commercial electronic messages (such as newsletters, release announcements or event promotions) if you have given express consent, for example by subscribing or opting in.

Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using it or by contacting us, and we will stop within 10 business days as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Messages that respond directly to your enquiry or manage your account are not marketing messages.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and operate this site and email delivery, and with NutraVision when you tap a perk claim button — limited to your verified name, email and perk code. The claim button itself is your notice and consent to that specific sharing.

We may disclose information where required by law.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Canada (for example in the United States). While outside Canada, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by foreign courts, law enforcement or national security authorities.

Embedded content

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may collect data under Google's own privacy policy when you play a video.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by using the contact form on this site. We respond within 30 days.

You may withdraw consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal is not retroactive: it does not undo uses that were lawful at the time (for example, a Fan Wall post already displayed).

You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
